The practice plan
- One bill for the whole practice. Every clinician keeps their own account, their own notes and their own protocols.
- Before their first appointment, we set up each clinician's protocols from their templates or five of their past notes, so day one it already writes like them.
- We write each protocol up as an SOP, so your nurses have the practice's way of doing it on paper.
- Patient letters, referral letters and consent forms on your letterhead, written from the same note.
- Try it on your own account first: 14 days free, no card. The practice plan is billed from the day you add seats. And if the first month you pay for doesn't hand you back at least an hour a week, tell me and I refund it.
The price
£99 a month for one clinician, and less per seat as the practice grows. Per seat, per month, ex VAT. Annual is ten months.

How it works
- You start the plan and pick the number of seats.
- You invite your clinicians by email.
- Each one logs in and makes their first note the same day. If they want it, Sophie sets their protocols up with them on a call.
Your record
Because every note is written from the clinician's protocol, the practice ends up with something it has never had: a clean record of how it actually works, note by note. It is your record, for you. Read it whenever you like, tighten a protocol where you see the gap, and the next note is already written the better way.
