Q: Is there a discount for multiple dentists at the same practice?

Q: Is there a student or associate discount?

Q: What happens at the end of the free trial?
A: We email you before the trial ends and you decide whether to carry on at £99/month. No card was taken, so nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe. No surprise charges.
Q: Do you offer a BAA for HIPAA compliance?
A: Yes, and you do not need to email anyone. Once you log in, open Settings, then BAA Agreement. Enter your practice details, sign electronically, and the signed agreement is stored on your account, ready to download whenever you need it. UK practices do not need a BAA; you are covered by our Data Processing Agreement under UK GDPR.
Q: Can a legacy customer join a practice plan?
A: Yes. The practice invites them from the app. Their own subscription ends at the end of its current period, their seat is paid by the practice from then on, and their notes, protocols and letters stay exactly where they are.
Q: Is there a minimum?
A: No. Two seats is a practice. Add seats as clinicians join and remove them when they leave, from the app, with the bill adjusted for you.
